Refunds

A full refund and prepaid return label provided will be issued if the return is due to:

  • Delivery of a defective book

  • Delivery of the wrong book


Partial refund applied for returns due to:

  • Class canceled

  • Lecturer changed the book

  • Wrong book purchased by customer

  • No longer needed

  • Change of mind

  • Book shows obvious signs of use

Item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

restocking fee will be applied in these cases.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal), depending on how you paid within 3-7 working days.
