We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO / FPO / DPO addresses

  • Countries with shipping restrictions due to local regulations or carrier limitations

    Order Processing and Cutoff Times

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Daily Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 10:00 AM (GMT+8) are processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the next business day.

    Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated transit time within 7–14 business day after order placed.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated transit time within 3–7 business day after order placed.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.

    Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

    Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs inspections, which can delay delivery.

  • Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, VAT, and import duties.

  • In some countries, these fees may need to be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

    Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

    1. Check with neighbors, building security, or your local postal office.

    2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

    3. If the issue is unresolved, contact us immediately.

  • If the package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate it. If the carrier confirms it cannot be found, we will issue a replacement or refund.
